London: 14:41 Eurostar to Paris (N), walk 10 mins to Paris (E) for 18:54 express train to Frankfurt to catch 23:38 night train to Prague (08:55) and local train to Mala Skala, arrive 11:29.  ~20 hrs.

Prague: 20:06 night train to Frankfurt (06:17) for 07:29 express to Brussels (11:01) transfer to Eurostar platform for the 11:59 to London arrive 13:01.  ~18 hrs.

The first hotel is in Mala Skala and the final hotel is in Prague. Best airport is Prague.

Prague airport:

Land by: 15:00 for bus/train connections (no time limit if using taxi)

Outward:  by bus, metro and bus 3 hrs (c. €8); by bus, tram and train 3 hrs (c. €9)

OPTION: Pre-booked taxi transfer from Prague airport to first hotel c. 1½ hrs. (£55 for 1-3 people, £65 for 4, £155 for up to 15)

Return: Metro then bus c.1 hr or local taxi.

Return flight earliest:  No limit
