How much walking

8-17km per day, 3-6½ hrs walking   You can always take a taxi if you decide you'd like to have a day off walking, as the walk is long in total.

Difficulty: Medium.  Generally good paths with some stony sections. Some light scrambling, and narrow paths; short sections with possible vertigo issues on the Phaselis-Cirali section. Sections of sustained uphill particularly in the last two days.  Waymarking good (except Phaselis-Cirali - just keep sea to left!). Highest point on route: 700m.

Average cumulative uphill stretches (CUSs) 610m per day (400m-850m)
