I just returned from Mallorca which was absolutely stunning. The walks were gorgeous and just right. Most often I took the shorter and easier option and never felt as if I missed out on anything. The accommodations were perfect. The food was delicious! I followed OFH's 'Where to Dine Out 'guide and was never let astray.

OFH's new App worked seamlessly and had a lot of extra detail with pictures to boot. As a solo walker it is tremendously comforting to have such a well designed App as well as hard copy materials for easier perusal. This is my third walk with OFH and they all have been excellent. The level of detail, support and information is exceptional. The walks are carefully thought out and the accomodations could not have been better.

Our route was 8 fantastic days walking along the gorges of southern Galicia this April. It was stunningly beautiful and a unique experience. We walked through wondeful woodland and across the top of the gorges to beautiful little towns and villages, old monasteries and even an ancient castle walls. Everywhere we stayed our hosts and all the local restaurants were very friendly and provided super accommodation, and even better food. We didn't even mind the odd wet day. Its an unknown gem of a walk.

Onfoot are just superb. There's no better Operator to walk with in Europe. They provide a tailored service, unique walks and really special accommodations that you just don't get anywhere else. We've walked with them over the last few years, and you don't need to ask if we'd recommend them, as we do it all the time and sime of our friends are already enjoying their walks. Weve tried other operators for routes onfoot dont do, and the just don't meet the same standards. The team are kind, considerate and attentive. We can't recommend them enough.

The unique scenery, vegetation and geology on La Gomera, the reliable climate and the surprisingly good food and wine made this a holiday that more than lived up to our expectations . We were nervous, initially, about the terrain, barely a flat surface, but got into the stride - quite literally and found the walking quite manageable and immensely rewarding. Every valley was different and there were surprises around every corner as each view opened up. And a lot of space for a small island, other hikers came and went but we felt as though we had the place to ourselves much of the time. Thoroughly recommended.

Arranged a short notice - fancied a few days walking in the sun. On Foot Holidays suggested La Gomera, which suited our needs perfectly. The self-guided tour was tailored to our preferences in terms of daily distance and type of accommodation en route. Perfect weather helped (sun, mid-teens and slight breeze)......... We have taken several holidays with On Foot in various locations - this was one of the best yet.

On Foot team were very helpful, supportive and gave us all the information we needed prior to travelling. Having both written guidance and GPS tracks made each hike easy to complete. Our local contact in Spain was also amazing, she responded quickly to all our queries, for which we were very thankful.

This was a self-guided walk around the island of La Gomera in The Canaries. On Foot Holidays book the hotels and provide the maps and walking instructions. All I had to do was decide when to start the walk and how to get to the pick-up point at the airport. On Foot Holidays made all the transfer arrangements so there was no stress. I stayed at each accommodation for two nights then moved onto the next one. I could have had my bag carried from point to point but I like carrying my own stuff!

On Foot Holidays are a friendly and efficient bunch of people. They were always quick to get back to me during the planning phase of the holiday and whilst I was walking I had a local contact if I needed help or advice. I feel that the people in this organisation really cared about my experience; indeed I had one tiny criticism about the transfer company and they have already responded and said they will have a word with them.

We did a 3 day walking tour of La Gomera which was absolutely out of this world. We were blown away by the beauty of the island and the spectacular scenery. It is incredible and completely unspoilt. The walking is tough and they mean it when they say "walking poles essential" but you are rewarded for the hard climbs! The guest houses are basic but clean and work well. I would highly recommend the trip

Four of us friends went to La Gomera in a calling holiday with On Foot Holidays in March. The whole holiday was a glorious adventure from the ferry from Tenerife, to the wonderful unspoilt views, excellent laid out routes, super food and hotels and of course very friendly people.

They certainly went the extra mile. Nothing too much trouble. They were very knowledgeable in fact one of their staff (Mary) had only just come back from La Gomera so gave us great information. The booking process was easy and I have to say their new app made it sooooo much say from all the information in one place to route guidance which kept us on track (we would have got lost with out it for sure!)

Great to talk to people who had hiked the route themselves. Felt that they were genuinely invested in making sure the holiday was right. Email communications were good, and reponses prompt. Local contact available in Mallorca for any issues - there were none.

Communication was brilliant throughout both with the UK office and the local agent, who was really helpful and checked in with us daily to make sure we had everything we needed . Walking info was very comprehensive and detailed. Great to deal with really nice, professional people who answer their phones and emails immediately!

La Gomera is truly a captivating island of beautiful and unexpected landscapes, in terms of the vegetation and volcanic landforms, as we journeyed on foot each day. Early March was perfect weather wise for walking, and we were glad to be mostly well above sea level and to be able to benefit from the cooling breeze. The walks were very well planned, both challenging and rewarding, and we were pleased that the hotels and restaurants we visited were genuine local family businesses. We did get a real appreciation of this very special Canarian gem. The people were so friendly and helpful, the hotels spotlessly clean and we enjoyed tucking into good hearty portions of local dishes in the evenings.

We had a very helpful local representative Aznar, who was contactable via WhatsApp. He made 3 restaurant recommendations and reservations for us which really made a difference to our holiday. Aznar also helpfully offered advice about when to use the taxi that was transferring our luggage to travel part of the way and shorten our day’s walk. On Foot provided us with comprehensive maps, and detailed instructions for the walks. Plus there was an app which I downloaded onto my phone.
