“I was born and raised in Epirus in northwestern Greece. My family split our time between the city of Ioannina and the traditional village of Kapesovo located in the pristine mountainous area of Zagori. It was here where my appreciation and knowledge of nature and hiking were cultivated.
“I hold a Degree in restoration of archeological artifacts and run a successful enterprise which produces and sells products foraged from the local area (mushrooms, preserved fruits, nuts, berries etc). I am multilingual. I am married and raising two lovely daughters.”
